BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW
GENERAL INFORMATION
- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own.
- Any use of my art for NFT or selling it for NFT is strictly prohibited. Doing so with result in a permanent ban.
- NSFW or sexually suggestive commissions are up to my discretion.
- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios.
- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or for any given reason. I'm also allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to give me the PNG files. If you'd like me to draw it and don’t have the files. I will charge extra for the details.I am, however, willing to charge less or receive different type of payment if I am willing to accept said complex commission request and wish to take it on as a way of practice for myself.
- You may repost my finished commissions with proper credit. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
- If you do not want me to tag you or post your commission, please let me know.
- Finished commissions will be sent in .png or .jpg format, un-watermarked, and with or without a background, depending on your commission.
- You'll receive watermarked progress photos throughout your commission process.
- All pieces are done only with my style. I do not work with other artists styles.
- Please DO NOT rush me, I need time to complete the work.
- Depending on complexity, please allow me up to 2-3 weeks to complete your commission. Excluding weekends: Saturdays and Sundays(Depending on the work load, commissions may be completed earlier.)
Please keep in mind that there are many factors that could slow the process, such as; health, order of commission, complexity, or technical issues. So please allow me some time. If for any reason any of the above occur, I will alert the commissioner asap.
PAYMENT
- All commissions must be paid in full and cleared receiving an un-watermarked version of comission
- All payment must be made through Paypal only unless discussed otherwise.
- Do not send payment until I confirm the finalized version of your commission.
- I will send an invoice to your paypal once everything is agreed upon!
- If payment is not sent within 2 days of final progression, I will open the slot to other person.
- All commission prices can be viewed under the Prices tab.
- Please message me either via Discord or Email before you send the payment.
- If a rushed order is needed, there will be an additional 50% fee on top of the base price.
PERSONAL + COMMERCIAL USE
Personal Use
- Personal social media accounts (ie. discord, twitter, twitch, etc.)
- Wallpaper for your own use
- Printing or other merchandise for your own use (no distribution or sale)These uses are acceptable as long as credit is posted------------------------Commercial Use
- $100 Flat FeeThe commissioned art is used for bulk production and distribution (art prints, merchandise, acrylic charms...)
REFUND POLICY
- 100% will be refunded if sketching process has not begun.
- Please keep in mind that I’m not only working with you. I’m also working with multiple clients and I do work outside my art schedule.
- Delays can occur, if I have not started your commission and due time is not met, you may ask for a refund.
- Will refund 80% of commission if the commissioner decides to cancel AFTER sketch but before conformation.
- Commissions can not be refunded after commissioner has given the initial sketch the "ok" to proceed.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any big changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as facial expression changes, poses, additional add ons, removals or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
In the event you would like to use my work for commercial purposes, please let me know beforehand.
As the artist I can: Post the finished commission giving you credit, promote myself with in any place or site.
As the commissioner you can: Repost the art on other sites giving me credit, print the art, do merchandising only for personal
use and not for sale, use it for your social medias.
You are not allowed to: Change or modify without my permission, take credit for the art.
